Southeast Elevator is currently searching for Residential Elevator Installers with exceptional mechanical skills, professional interpersonal communication, and a can-do attitude to join our installation team. These events include PGA golf tournaments, Daytona 500, Lollapalooza, Live Nation, Formula-E auto races. If you watch sports on TV you likely have seen our completed projects without even knowing it.
Our team shows up days before the event to setup the lifts, stays onsite during the event to ensure a great customer experience and help troubleshoot any issues with the equipment and then tears down after the event and helps transport the equipment to the next event.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe and efficient installation/assembly/removal of equipment in accordance with project-specific plans and layouts
- Transports equipment between warehouses and events via truck and trailer.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles via forklift.
- Inspecting all equipment prior to assembly
- Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation
- Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment
- Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
- Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
- Other duties as required
- Background Check and Drug screening required
- Valid driver’s with good driving record
- Familiar with basic hand tools
- Basic understanding of hydraulics and equipment
- Forklift certified and comfortable operating in tight areas
- Cannot be afraid of heights

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Service, Repair, and Troubleshoot Elevator equipment as needed.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned Elevator route.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing Residential Elevators
- Strong mechanical aptitude and elevator troubleshooting skills with ability to handle physical workload required in fit-for-duty assessment.
- Clean, valid drivers license
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers on a positive basis
- Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License, preferred

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Use relationship building skills to develop a network of home builders, contractors and architects
- Drive and increase revenue growth and profitability
- Responsible for educating prospects on the value of residential elevators
- Develop and cultivate relationships and make regular sales calls on these accounts
- Follow company sales processes; utilize company solutions such as CRM to document sales activity and a quoting tool to prepare proposals
- Identify bid opportunities and prepare bids
- Continually improve sales proficiency and performance results
- Deliver regular feedback to Vice President of Sales regarding performance and development needs, as well as market information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Southeast Elevator product lines
- Serve as a technical consultant to customers
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a successful track record
- Previous experience selling to Home builders is a plus
- Computer Skills: Applied skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM input, and sales tracking software as appropriate. Use of a computer to enter data, create reports, correspondence, presentations, etc.
