Maintenance Agreement Specifics

Our Planned Maintenance Agreement is exclusively for fully operational, well-maintained elevators and must be purchased within 30 days of a qualifying inspection by Southeast Elevator.
Renewable consumable items excluded (batteries, light bulbs and lighting fixtures in the cab).
Other brands may require a one-time service call to assess equipment ($350).
Excludes damage caused by negligence and acts of God (e.g. natural disasters, hurricanes, lightning strikes, etc.).
Not available in Dade and Monroe counties in Florida.
