- Annual multi-point inspection maintenance visit
- Up to two additional service calls during normal business hours. M-F, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. The first hour is included. (after basic phone troubleshooting is performed)

- 15% Discount on parts
- Transferable upon the sale of your house
- 1-Year service agreement - $99/month or a $1,100 annual payment

Maintenance Agreement
- Our Elevator Maintenance Plan for Homes is exclusively for fully operational, well-maintained elevators and must be purchased within 30 days of a qualifying inspection by Southeast Elevator.
- Renewable consumable items excluded (batteries, light bulbs and lighting fixtures in the cab)
- Other brands may require a one-time service call to assess equipment ($350)
- Excludes damage caused by negligence and acts of God (e.g. natural disasters, hurricanes, lightning strikes, etc.)
- Not available in Dade and Monroe counties.
